This doesn’t surprise me, although I think the payout has more to do with the rumors going around that Chris used to like to pass around Karrueche, make her watch him have sex with men, and beat her. But who knows.

Rumors have been circulating that Chris Brown offered his ex, Karrueche Tran a payout. The 23-year-old singer’s rep has just confirmed these rumors are false.
The rumor specifically states that Brown gave Tran money so she could buy a new house and that Rihanna called Tran last week to have a "heart to heart" talk with her. Brown’s rep has confirmed that neither rumor is true.
I wouldn’t be shocked if this was true, nor would I be shocked if this was a rumor. I do know one thing though; I would love to be a fly on the wall in some of these celebrities’ houses.[end]
